Privacy policy

Who is responsible

The controller for personal data on this site is StreamChatPlay / Thomas. Contact: the official Discord discord.gg/V8t2YvBKfz.

What we process

• Streamer accounts: Google email, name, and avatar; timezone; trial plan.
• Twitch channel link: login and Helix user id of the account the streamer signs in with.
• Game data: chatter wallets, scores, and settings for that streamer’s channel.
• Viewer login (optional): Twitch login, display name, and avatar stored in this browser for the viewer panel. Cosmetics are not sold yet.
• Technical logs: Vercel, Fly.io, and Supabase may log IPs and timestamps to run the service.

Why

We process this data to run Coin Pusher (contract / legitimate interest: operate the game you asked for) and because you consent when you sign in with Google or Twitch.

Who we use

Processors: Supabase (database and Google auth), Vercel (this website), Fly.io (chat bot), Google, Twitch. Some of them store data outside the EU, using standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long

Streamer accounts and scores stay while the account exists. Viewer panel data lives in your browser session until you sign out. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and debug the service.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Write on Discord. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or your local authority. You can sign out from the dashboard or viewer panel at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site today. Google and Twitch set their own cookies for sign-in (strictly necessary for that login).

Watch live

The Watch live page shows Twitch channel names that are already public: the bot is in that chat and Twitch reports the stream as live. We do not show emails there.

Children

The service follows Twitch’s 13+ rule. It is not directed at children under 16 without a holder of parental responsibility.
