Terms of use

Last updated: 14 September 2026.

The service

StreamChatPlay provides Coin Pusher, a Twitch chat game. Physics runs on the streamer’s computer. We host accounts, wallets, scores, and the chat bot. The service is currently offered as a Trial, as is, without a paid plan.

Accounts

Streamers sign in with Google, then link one Twitch channel they control. One Twitch channel belongs to one streamer account. You must not link a channel you do not own. Viewers may sign in with Twitch for a viewer panel; that does not grant a streamer channel.

Play

Chat play spends coins from that streamer’s economy. Mini-games follow the costs shown in chat. Do not cheat wallets, spam commands to disrupt others, or use the service for illegal content. We may suspend Trial access if the game or other players are harmed.

Streaming

Use a single Coin Pusher tab. Two tabs are two machines. Do not add the same game URL twice in OBS. Paid “public streaming” plans are not sold yet.

Cosmetics

Viewer Plus cosmetics are not for sale. Coming-soon buttons do not take payment.

Liability

We try to keep the bot and site up. We are not liable for lost stream moments, chat downtime, or scores lost to a crash on the streamer’s PC. To the extent allowed by French law, liability is limited to direct damages and does not cover indirect loss. These terms do not limit liability for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. Courts of the operator’s domicile in France have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights that cannot be waived.
